I am extremely contended and satisfied that my fourteen years of working in educational institutions, imparting education, has been quite productive and fruitful. After completing engineering from NIT Jamshedpur, I started with a coaching institute in the year 2004, and a span of 6 - 7 years one more Institute were added in the field of coaching the students for board exams, medical and engineering entrance examinations. Thereafter, I stressed upon to improve the quality of education so I started a Senior Secondary School in the year 2016. With the blessings of Almighty God my LAUREL is now known by its name and is the most sought after destination, for the students of this region.
It makes me feel more proud that students passed out from LAUREL, have got admissions in various IIT’s NIT’s, NDA and reputed Medical Colleges all over India and are enjoying a respectable status in the society. Now my focused approach is to convert the LAUREL in to a Centre of Excellence, in terms of quality education, to make it a reference model and to further raise the employability status of our passed out students.
Our emphasis is also on overall personality development and improving Analytical and logical skills of students by organizing counseling, workshops and extension lectures by experts so as to develop competent professionals capable of accepting real life challenges in their professional careers. We are making all out efforts to provide quality education to the students at par with the Global standards.
